Continue to Kyoto and explore the renowned Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of vermillion torii gates. Depending on local conditions, visit either Kiyomizu-dera Temple or Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), two of Kyoto’s most celebrated landmarks. Afterwards, travel to Gifu for your overnight stay.
Shirakawa-go – Takayama – Matsumoto
After breakfast, journey to the UNESCO-listed Shirakawa-go Village, famous for its traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses and picturesque mountain scenery.
Continue to Takayama Old Town, a beautifully preserved historic district featuring traditional wooden buildings, local crafts, and charming streets. Later, travel to Matsumoto and check in to your hotel.
Mt. Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi
Today, visit the iconic Mt. Fuji, Japan’s highest and most famous mountain. Continue to Oshino Hakkai, a picturesque village known for its crystal-clear spring ponds and traditional atmosphere.
